If you are emailing for an initial appointment, please make sure that you are including the completed intake packet that is needed before the first appointment can be booked (see Forms and Policies page).

For those that do not have an accepted insurance or wish to pay out of pocket, please note the reduced fees for services: 

Initial 60 minute evaluation - $110.00

Follow-up 30 minute appointment - $90.00

Follow-up appointments will be scheduled at the time that you come in for the initial evaluation appointment.  Typically, the first follow-up appointment is approximately 3-5 weeks after the initial evaluation.  Scheduling time-frame is dependent on the needs of the client and the plan of care.

Payments for appointments can be provided in person at the time of the appointment (Credit/Debit/Health Care Flex Savings Account, Check, Cash, or prior to the appointment with PayPal -
